The Cumberland Mountain Retreat POA has a locked MENS and WOMENS washroom available with showers and laundry for members in good standing, in the vicinity of the beach area. It is located at the Village @ Indian Rock Lake, just northwest of the Office and Pavilion green on O Camp Drive. The code is changed routinely for security. For other amenities, please see the amenities page.
For access information, please read carefully below:
Watch for the sign
If a notice is posted at the door warning that you need a new code in the near future, if it all possible, please use your wireless phone that receives text messages. Simply send your name, address, and phone number to
(931) 287-6695
You will receive a text confirmation, and later, a personal access code.
You must be an owner of a property, and in good standing.
If you prefer to have your regular code changes sent to your email, use the form below.
Facility Problems
If you have issues with any equipment or the facilities, or notice anything that is out of place or damaged, you can contact the CMRPOA Solutions Phone at (931) 287-6695. Because of rural phone service, you should expect to leave a message.
If the CMRPOA Office has your contact information and you are in good standing, the board may send you your new code before the change date. Be certain that the Office has a valid phone number for SMS messaging or email contact so that you can easily be sent your updated access code when it is changed (and have continued access to your code).
Qualifications for access
You will need to sign up in advance for washroom access using the correct ownership name of your property. The idea is not to inconvenience you, but to protect you, your shared assets and expenses that all participating POA members have. The purpose is to avoid the theft of POA resources, which is YOU.

The requirement for access to all CMRPOA facilities is that you are a current member in good standing with the CMRPOA and the Water District if applicable, no more than 30 days late on any payment. The code is not to be shared. Since we have multiple codes available (COMING SOON), sharing codes with unauthorized persons will result in the loss of your access and those you shared the code with.
It is your responsibility to be certain that you have an updated code. The office is not responsible for misdirected or unobserved messages that are sent to you.
Thanks for your understanding and cooperation, as the board are stewards of POA joint property!

Per a POA Board Decision, signs are being posted at the entrances and at key locations at the lakes. Cameras are being used in sensitive areas to patrol for vandalism. Illegal users will be removed. Vandals and fishing thieves will be fined and legally removed from the POA on a permanent basis. Vandalism will result in legal charges and prosecution.
Any member that is not paying dues or late on dues for any reason is NOT entitled to fish or use our private lakes in any capacity. Legal action will be taken as appropriate.
