New Burn Pile Mandate Effective April 1, 2025
For all those that have used the “public burn pile” for lot wood debris and project clearing, the Cumberland County Fire Marshal now mandates that you burn lot debris at your lot and obtain a burn permit subject to the rules of the State of Tennessee. NO EXCEPTIONS. The POA will use the current location adjacent to 151 Beach Loop for burning of POA WOOD DEBRIS ONLY from POA projects and cleanup.
DO NOT BRING YOUR MATERIALS TO THE LOCATION OF THE BURN PILE at 151 Beach Loop FOR DISPOSAL. Anyone doing so will be fined. Cameras are present to insure compliance.
